- Day of Coordination is all about making you feel taken care of when your wedding weekend approaches. You have worked to damn hard to not be fully present and enjoy -Every. Single. Second.

- Three scheduled phone check-ins throughout the planning process
- One site visit prior to wedding day
- Review your schedule of events for day of wedding
- Confirm all rentals needed on site
- Confirm your floor plan + details
- Assistance with ceremony rehearsal, the day before
- Solving any last-minute situations
- Ensure all vendors arrive and are set up properly and at the correct times
- Set up gift table and welcome tables with decorations
- Assistance in set up of ceremony + reception decorations
- Place flowers in appropriate places along tables
- Set out programs and menus
- Discuss with DJ/Band and photographer the agenda for evening: toasts, first dance, parent dance etc.
- Orchestrating activities at your wedding such as first dance, toasts and cake cutting.
- Remove gifts from gift table at the end of the night and secure with family member.

Includes: This service is a comprehensive package from start to finish of wedding planning. The day of wedding, full-service package includes assistance with the Ceremony rehearsal + reception. (Assistance in planning/managing your Rehearsal Dinner is an add-on)
Package to Include:
- Start by creating a budget
- Attend one site visit with clients to establish the event style, direction and flow
- Provide consultation for questions, comments, and concerns throughout planning process
- Recommend vendors in accordance with event budget and style
- Review vendor contracts
- Assistance with design elements, including rental and décor recommendations
- Provide consultation throughout the planning process
- Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
- Provide client with helpful suggestions for a wedding website where they will list all important wedding information
- Create a floral guide as a tool to use with hired florist
- Create a timeline for the wedding day and communicate this with the entire vendor team, two weeks prior to the wedding
- Ensure all last-minute logistics and details are finalized with all parties
- Create a to-do template for client to sign off on. This will include both planner and client’s tasks
- Set up area hotel room blocks (this does not include assistance with rental home/guest placement)
- Schedule all guest and family transportation to/from ceremony and reception
